    We currently ship only within South Africa.

  • Order Processing Time:

    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Order Fulfilment & Shipping Origin:

    Orders placed on this website are fulfilled from one of the following locations: South Africa (local warehouse), or China (manufacturer-authorized logistics facility)

    The fulfilment location depends on product availability at the time of purchase. This allows us to offer a wider range of devices while maintaining reliable delivery.

  • Shipping Methods & Couriers

    International shipping: DHL (Standard or Express)

    Local South African delivery: The Courier Guy If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be redirected to a Courier Guy collection point near you.

  • Delivery Timeframes:

    Estimated delivery times are as follows: Orders shipped from South Africa: 1–5 business days

    Orders shipped from China: 5–7 business days Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, or weather conditions.

  • Tracking Information:

    All shipments include tracking.

    Tracking details are sent to the customer via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once the order has shipped.

  • Shipping Costs:

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

    Free standard shipping is available on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • Customs, Duties & Import Fees:

    All applicable customs duties and import charges are paid by Unihertz South Africa.

    Customers will not be charged additional customs or clearance fees on delivery

  • Back-Ordered Products:

    Some products may be marked as Back-Ordered. Typical restock: 5–8 business days. In rare cases, delays may extend up to 14 business days

    If a product is delayed beyond 8 days, we will notify you. If unavailable after 14 days, you may choose: A full refund, or An alternative product (price differences settled accordingly)
