We have partnered with Courier Guy for our local shipping, If the courier is unable to reach you, it will then be sent to your nearest Courier Guy collection point to ensure delivery.

Certain products may occasionally be marked as "back ordered." Typically, these items are restocked within 5 to 8 days; however, please be aware that delays of up to 14 days may occur due to manufacturing processes, shipping schedules, or customs clearance.
If your ordered product will be delayed for more than 8 days before restocking, we will notify you by email. Should the product remain out of stock after 14 days, we will either process a refund or offer you the option to choose an alternative product. Any price difference will be settled by either you or us, depending on the selection. Please note that refunds will only be issued if the product is not available after 14 days from your order date
We hold most of our stock in South Africa and orders for these phones are couriered out same or next business day. All other stock is held in either our Hong Kong, logistics warehouse and shipping time to New Zealand is three to five business days. Sometimes there can be delays caused by slow customs clearance times, airline schedules, weather conditions, public holidays and when multiple items are ordered that will be shipped out from two different warehouses.
