We regret that your Unihertz smartphone has encountered an issue, but rest assured, we are here to help you get it back in working order as quickly as possible. Please follow the instructions below to initiate the repair process.

 

Steps to Request a Repair

  1. Complete the Repair Form
    Click >>here<< to access our repair form. Fill in all required fields under the “Categories” section and tick the ones applicable to you.” Please provide detailed information about the issue, including your name, contact number, and device model. This information is crucial for our technical team to diagnose the problem effectively.
  2. Do Not Send Your Device Yet
    After submitting the form, please wait for our Technical Service team to review your request. We will contact you via email or phone with potential solutions.
  3. Perform a Factory Reset
    If advised, please back up your data by going to “Settings” > “Backup” and activating “Copy Data.” Then proceed to perform a factory reset by selecting “Restore factory settings.” Be cautious, as this will erase all data on your device. Ensure you have backed up any important files.
  4. Send Your Device (if necessary)
    If the issue persists after following our instructions, you may need to send your smartphone for repair. Remember:
    • Ship at your own expense.
    • Use urgent shipping (1-2 days) or standard mail (up to 1 week).
    • Include a label with your invoice number and a letter explaining the issue.
    • Pack your device securely in its original packaging without accessories to prevent damage during transit.

 

Important Notes

  • Devices received with PINs or Google accounts enabled will not be processed until this information is provided.
  • Repairs for physical damage (e.g., screen cracks) may not be covered under warranty.
  • Our average repair time is approximately 15 days for minor issues and up to 6 weeks for major repairs requiring parts from our overseas service center.
