We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must: Be unused and in new condition, Be in the original packaging, Include all accessories, manuals, and parts.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
All returns are handled locally in South Africa by Unihertz South Africa. Returns are processed via The Courier Guy. For faulty items, returns are free of charge from any Courier Guy kiosk after obtaining a return reference from our support team.

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of the returned item.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect products reported within 7 days of delivery.
Once the item is inspected and approved, a replacement will be dispatched.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Orders may be cancelled before shipping.
Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If a shipped order is returned, a handling and restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Accessories and opened software items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
All devices include a 12-month South African manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty claims are handled locally by Unihertz South Africa and are subject to inspection and approval. If a device develops a fault that affects normal operation, please contact our support team to initiate a warranty claim.
