Despite the different branding, the quality and build of the phone are consistent with Unihertz’s standards, ensuring the same level of reliability and performance.

  • What is your return policy?

  • Do you offer warranties on your products?

    Yes, all Unihertz smartphones come with a 1 year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

  • How long does delivery take?

    Delivery times vary depending on stock availability but typically range between Express Shipping (Fast Delivery) 3 to 5 Business Days and Standard Shipping (GoGreen) 6 to 8 Business Days.

    For stock in our South Africa warehouse, delivery will take one to three days. For stock held in our Hong Kong warehouse, delivery will take three to five days.
